Oh my God! That looks sooooooooooo good!

Very tasty-sounding recipe and beautiful photos. I'm going to make this one!

I made this yesterday for family, having returned late the night before and needing to produce something form what was in the fridge. 4 of us ate most of it, and someone, I suspect my adult son, finished it in the kitchen. It is easy and delicious, and leeks are the best ingredient!!
