Congratulations on hitting your one-year mark. "Hide the Cheese" raises themes which are far from trivial, although their bearing is home-centered. How do you keep your children close? How do you find wholesome food? How do you encourage exploration and experimentation? I visit Hide the Cheese for a little respite, comfort and inspiration.

Hi Margy! Congratulations on your one year blogiversary! I absolutely love your site! I enjoy reading about your family and getting inspiration from your recipes while also seeing your gorgeous food pictures.

I can only hope that the bad news will quickly turn to good for your and your family. Thanks again for such a wonderful site! It is a joy to be a subscriber since I always look forward to your new posts!

Congrats on your first year!! It has been great to see (and taste) it all unfold. It really is an accomplishment to capture the joy and beauty amid all the mayhem that is life with a young family (not to mention a job, house, blog, etc.) These posts are always a good reminder to take a pause and look around at all the good stuff. I look forward to more delicious days ahead!

I love the glimpses of family life that I catch on your blog. I often say that I wish I could be a kid in your family. Thank you for letting me into your kitchen and making some of the daily routines a little extraordinary. Congratulations and thanks.

Susan, Leticia, Sarah, and Carrie,

Thank you all so much for your kind words. I wish I had better words to express how much they mean to me. They really do lift me up and inspire me to keep at it. Much gratitude, Margy.

Margy - love your blog - hoping that whatever crummy news you have been dealing with works out as best as it can and that you can continue to revel in every day wonders (and share them with all of us).

Margy-
Thanks so much for sharing your food (and family) with us. It brings a smile to my face when I see that you have a new posting. You ability to keep at it is inspiring. Of course, I can't help but think of all our AH cookbook days!! Your recipes inspire me to eat more meatless meals (I'm not sure I'll ever be able to give up bacon however) Looking forward to many new recipes and hearing more great family stories.
