There he was with those chubby cheeks and beautiful smile. Blink, blink, and now he's 11.
Happy birthday, Oscar. You are smart, funny, curious, full of interesting facts, a shrewd card player, an enterprising cook, and all-around excellent company. It has been such a gift to know you and I can't wait to see what the next year brings.
And even though your cheeks are less chubby, you still have that smile.
